Hand 1: I don't like turning ur hand into a bluff with ur very large turnraise. Even a shortstacked maniac as descbrided will have a tough time calling this raise with <TPGK. I would just checkcall turn and river and let him bluff of his money.
Hand 2: Its unlikely the ace would have helped him so i check behind on turn, trying to have a showdown. Since he didn't go all-in on river it seems like he was on a oesd on flop, maybe picking up av FD on turn? Alternatively he could have a stubborn king. Anyhow no point in betting river since i don't see how worse can call u here, and the pot is to big for him to fold anything significant.
Hand 3: If he's a really loose 3-bettor consider 4-betting/shoving. I think ur checkraise on flop is only going to get called by better hands.
