I'm not. Trying to put any idiot on a hand at 100 NL is so hard that by the time you might have a clue on where you're at the pot is too big and it would be incorrect to fold.
But, this doesn't mean I stack off with Aces every time I get it as on scary boards I'll keep the pot small and such. My opponents have a hard time building the pot so they tend to give me a good price on the river to see a showdown when I would have paid a lot more.
FWIW, I'm also never folding a set postflop.
