Im checking that first flop. If somebody is putting that much in PF and has an ace in their hand they are not folding it and a set isnt folding, so no better hands are folding here. Also, there arent really any draws on this board, if we are ahead our villain is drawing near dead so we dont need to worry about protection. Given the preflop action the only hands folding are worse hands and almost no worse hands are calling, and we cant expect them to without a read, so we cant bet for value. So with no reads Im probably check/calling and folding to any turn action, if he checks behind Im leading the turn.

    Hand 2 seems fine.

Hand 3 seems ok, it could be KK+, but it could also be AK cbetting or a weaker PP that made an overpair with the low flop. Raising to $50 wouldnt make much sense because if called you are likely behind and any bet is going to be tiny on the flop in relation to the pot.

EDIT: Just realized I didnt see hand 2.

Hand 1: Seems ok, I check this flop occasionally too (more so when I have position).

Hand 2: Also seems fine, sometimes I fold the turn here but sometimes I call as well.

Hand 3: Reads are so crucial here because I want to know the BB's reraising range and how tight/loose aggro/passive he is. Vs some players I may open fold the flop, vs some it's an easy shove. I can't give an easy answer to your correct play, but I think vs an unknown a push is fine.

Hand 1 was about 10 minutes into my first venture at the $100 and this guy showed me T9 of hearts . That hand happened before hand 2 and I said to myself "damned if I get bet out of this pot to". Those 2 really discouraged me alot at the time.

Hand 3 was actually the guy from my 86s hand but this was before that hand and he folded.

I like hand 3. I doubt he raises that amount with AA or KK. With a $17 raise to your $5 he's not looking for action. Therefore I think JJ, TT or AK are most likely what he's holding.

I like checking the flop in the first 2 hands.

You need info on BB's reraising range for hand 3.
