Very new to HU

Villain is playing 73/67 and 3B'ing 23% over 150 hands

I'm 51/39 3B'ing 12%

He's folding to 3B's 75% of the time thus far and has folded to 1/2 of my 4B's

Here I decide to 4B this hand b/c he's 3B'ing a lot, I have blockers to his nut hands, and I can comfortably fold if he shoves (I believe)

well he wtf flats

If I had to guess I think his hand range consists of like a lot of 55-1010, maybe AJs/AQ/KQs/QJs type hands

I choose to cbet small (rather thank checking) since I'm pretty sure he's never going to shove 55-1010/KQ/QJ and he'll just ship/call any Ax's in his range and then I can give up/fold unimproved

how's my thought process?

How much should I be 3B'ing someone who's playing as aggressively preflop as this guy? I'm sure I have to be 3B'ing more, how's a range of 88+,A2s+,K2s+,QJs,J7s+,T6s+,AQo+,KJo+,QJo,JTo,T9o sound as a 3B'ing range? (~19%)
