I have been active on the button. SB is a good solid player.

I have 1k villain about 5-6k
hero raise 30 OTB JdQd SB raise to 89 hero call 50
Flop 9dTdAs villain raise 180 (~the pot) hero raise to 500 villain AI hero AI

Thoughts?

fold pf..thin implied odds with 100bb stack even in position

you flopped oesfd..flip the coin

Do you go AI immiately or raise (and how much?)

I agree that calling there will get me in trouble a lot of times... He was solid.

I would probably go AI on the flop. A call would be the worst.
