I think this is rarely a flush. I'd bet like 15 on the turn and get as much as I could in on the river - jam if you think he might call with worse.
Another option is to bet small (6-8) to induce a shove over. If he's a bad aggrodonk on tilt then it might be worth trying to make him think the flush coming in scares the hell out of your AQ/KQ, in the hope that he tries to take it away from you.
