Default 50NL, flopping combo draw vs likely fish.

Iz id back on the grind and in need of some helps to get above 1BB/100 in 50NLz. Villain is unknown and has just sat down an orbit earlier. I assume he's likely bad from his limp call preflop.

I raise his donk lead, happy to felt and to get it in vs any worse daws and not mind too much when he has a K.

I check the turn because I figure no better hands are folding and we can win at showdown unimproved vs the part of his range that folds to a turn bet.

How's this river fold? It felt pretty dirty, but I didn't feel like a passive don klike this ever bet worse for value so essentially my hand is as good as two pair or whatever and I felt like AJ AQ Adxd and stuff were very much in his range and also that he didn't call the flop raise with many hands that had no sd value, so a lot of his range probably doesn't turn need to bluff the river.

    Thoughts on any street appreciated.

I'd probably just flat the flop. I would not feel dirty about folding river. Seems like a pretty easy fold tbh.

    +1 what meeloche said.

Playing draws aggressively against passive players defeats the purpose. Bet for value, shut down to aggression, generally speaking.

flat flop, some spots are great for combo draws to raise but this isn't one.

and al yell, you do want to play draws aggressively in certain spots vs. passive players. e.g. we have 54 on K64 this is a great spot to raise and barrell the turn, as you can probably get him to fold a lot of his range that we're behind and can't show down unimproved with.

however this spot with a KQJ if we raise and he calls you just towned yourself because you are always behind on this board.

at any rate, you should be asking yourself if you can really fold any hands you are behind when you raise a combo draw, a lot of people end up needlessly flipping or getting it in bad with a combo draw, this spot being a prime example.

If you're raising flop its generally to make him fold some Kx hand, so you should probably barrel turn if that's your plan. Does he fold Kx on the drawiest board on earth? probably not. As for other draws, I don't think theres that many worse draws hes stacking with, besides lower FD's maybe. So you should just flat flop.

But raising flop and checking turn is probably your worst line here.
