    Default 50nl stat check

i havent done one of these in a while and need some help. I feel like there are some leaks in here that i just cant see for myself (and admittedly dont know everything im looking for). My blind play has been attrocious and that is fairly evident. The other number that jumps out at me is "fold to river bet %" at 71%. This seems horrible. Lately ive been getting to the turn/river without a plan and putting too much money in on earlier streets before folding on the turn/river. Im going to go over Pokey from 2+2's PT guide after i post this and see if i can spot anything on my own also, but any help from you guys is much appreciated.

Also, if anyone would be willing to do a session review for my I would love it. I know i have alot of small leaks but im really bad at being able to identify them by myself.

    Thanks.

First thoughts are either you are running bad or need to work on pot control. Your not getting to showdown enough and folding to a ton of river bets (71%) So either you are folding the best hand too often or the pots so big the bets are too scary for the hand you have. Possibly evidenced by the amount of W$WSF you like to bet the flop a lot, so pots are getting big against weaker players that like to call. You seem to check the turn a bunch too, but I am not sure if this is too much. I can look over some more in a bit

your W$WSF is real low, although idk if that's cause you're running bad or giving up way too much postflop.

wait, 41% W$WSF is low? i thought that this was a "normal" # for this stat. I have actually brought it up from 38% at the end of last year, and for 25nl this year it was at 43%. It has dropped somewhat over the last 5k hands or so because i have been running slightly bad.

I think it depends on your PFR/VPIP...if you are running something like 22/15 41% might be good, while if you are running 17/15 41% wouldn't be so good. Maybe. I'm not really sure what % is concerned good for what VPIP/PFR though.

I thin they must mean your wts stat is low - 22%
your won $ without showdown 41% doesnt seem low at all.

yeah WtSD seems low is an a product of me bloating pots on earlier streets only to fold to big river bets. What is a more normal WTSD%? I would think with 19/16ish type stats it would be closer to 25% maybe?

also, what about my c-bet%? i think you add "bet" and "raise" under "first action after PFR" which would put me at ~65%. Is this enough? One thing ive been focusing on this year is not c-betting shitty board textures as much and as many pots when im OOP. I think 2/3 seems sufficient but maybe it should be up around 70% or so?

the main reason to not cbet is to avoid being raised and getting blown off the hand. If your opponent is not capable of raising the flop as a bluff or semi bluff I am going to be cbetting a lot oop still with any decent hand.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

my wts is about 28% at the moment in my Feb database.

With the cbetting I think it depends on your level and avg opponents.
At 25nl anyway I think its okay to have a lower cbet% if opponents aren't folding enough to make it profitable.

I had a good run so far in feb I'll post my stats in a few hours just want to play 750 more hands to get to 20 000. (It's at 25nl though)
