5max goes HU - turn decision

-quite a bit of dynamic with villain this session while table was 5max-he had a very high 3bet of like 13. The first time he flatted my CO raise from button (instead of 3betting) he raised me on a K72cc board deep, I 3bet bluffed him on flop which he peeled, and barreled a 9x turn and 3x river and he called down with A9cc and won
-next hand later I bet bet J52cc hard with Jx and turn came 6c and he minraised turn (I decided that since i just showed a bluff, he'd prob let me barrel off with any strong hand) so I called, and c/c river shove and he showed QTcc

-this hand I'm torn on the turn. It is the first hand since the table broke, so first hand HU
-My read is that he'd likely peel with hands like KQ/AK/AQ on flop
 -what is best, turn c/c, b/c, b/f?
