Default 75s BTN vs BB Donkey

    Villain is a terrible. Stats = 52/12/1
My only note on him says that he will call the flop with any pair.

My thoughts at the time of this hand were that he bluffs this spot a ton and the only hand that I can put him on was some turned or rivered two pair or maybe a slowplayed set/straight.

    Thoughts?

kind of odd that he types it in. i think its pretty close because if he isnt slow playing he isnt betting a 6 or better 5. its either missed draw/ nuts. i could see him calling the flop with like K high or whatever too, but i think thats unlikely enough that it shouldnt be too big a factor. on the other hand he is really passive so idk. what was the timing like?

Meh, I started leaking less money when I stopped calling in this spot. You're read seems a little too vague to be making this call.

I would rather bet turn for 55 myself and check behind river if possible. Even though if we have the king we wouldnt necessarily bet turn, I think against this opponent he wouldnt notice that.

as played I'm leaning towards a call.

Yah I agree with bigpapi. I don't think our 5x is good enough in this spot,as he can have all midpairs in his range too. I'd prefer to triple barrel this board, and definitely double this turn and get him off better hands.

As played...I'd probably call or fold based on the timing/feel. Its a pretty close spot.

I'm not sure I understand why this is close at all. If I had to pick two cards that did not improve my hand to fall on the turn and river that would make me absolutely confident that calling this river bet is profitable, they would be a nonspade King and a nonspade Queen. I don't like talking about "leaking less money in these spots" when THIS particular spot is as good a spot for a 4th pair call as there can possibly be.
