AA - facing river donk, too thin?

-At the time of this hand I actually didn't have that many reads on villain, other than we hadn't gotten involved much at all and I really hardly noticed him
-Now that I look up more of his stats, they definitely seem pretty nitty 16.6/8/2
-his river bet was around 330 into 600 and felt pretty blockish to me (esp since he like rarely has an 8 here) and felt his most likely holdings were KQ/KJ.
-Felt as though anything stronger than 8x would bet harder on river or even go for c/r given that I was showing a lot of strength
-after villain's donk lead there is about $1k left on river in his stack

I'd definitely just call on the river.

I think we have a really thin 3 streets of value here overall, so i like a threebarrel.

If you want to turn your hand into a bluff I think a shove is better. But I would just call and expect to see KJ and missed straight draws mostly.

My issue with not raising is the spade river, lots of QKss, QTss got there, so if river is 8c im prolly raising.

Definitely not a bluff at all here. Really just trying to make a smallish raise that KQ and KJ might feel committed to calling given how big the pot is.

this would be a really bad and nonstandard way to play both kj and kq. id call and not be too happy about it

what does it mean when you say 'a really thin 3 streets of value" heard the term quite often can someone elucidate, cheers.

I think the problem here is that he knows that you know that he isn't bluffing here like ever, so it's pretty hard to rep a bluff with such a small raise. I think he could lay down KQ/KJ because of that.

A big raise would be better in that sense, but this is probably not the best spot for that either, especially against a nit.
