    Default AJs oop standard play?

I'm pretty sure this is standard.
If I had position I can reduce variance perhaps a little by just flatting the
40, but oop I just have to get it in here every time right.

    Villain = 17/15/2 (raise cbet = 18%)

    $1/$2 No Limit Holdem

    Stacks:
    UTG Kiss Kiss Bang ($239.30)
    UTG+1 Hero ($452.35)
    CO Lord Smoot ($183.20)
    BTN browerkid ($200.00)
    SB NEJER ($257.65)
    BB GiVeMeTheCake ($203.65)

    Pre-flop: ($3, 6 players) Hero is UTG+1
1 fold, Hero raises to $7, 1 fold, browerkid calls $7, 2 folds

    Flop: ($17, 2 players)
Hero bets $12, browerkid raises to $40, Hero raises to $145

    Final Pot: $202

Anyway, this is totally standard. You have a zillion outs against much of his range, and maybe just half a zillion against the rest of it. I'd just push over his raise though, given his stack size.

Given the amount of money behind, I'd just flat.

The amount of money behind is ~ $150 after his raise... why do you think calling is better? What's your plan for subsequent streets?
