Bet more on the flop, like 20. As played, push the turn. You are ahead a lot here.

Flop bet is pretty standard, I don't think there is a difference between betting 18 or 20, both are fairly substantial bets in relation to the pot. I don't really agree with pushing the turn with a black Ace-King on this board, the Q is a pretty bad card since now KQ wins, which is a fairly likely holding here, along with something like Adxd or even QQ. I check behind here on the turn and re-evaluate on the river.

Agreed. Moving all-in on the turn seems pretty terrible. I just check behind and call most river bets, or value bet if checked to on a non-diamond river.

I'm totally with saxton, I almost always check behind this river and call most river bets, expecting that the majority of them are bluffs or intended value bets from worse hands. Might just fold the river if it's a diamond or a jack and the bet is sizeable.

Up to how much do you call if villian bets out on river? Without a read, I personally call any value bet, while letting anything more than $50 go.
I think KQ doesn't call PF reraise and leads or CR's flop, but a flush plays like villian did.
Playing live . . . thanks alot Bin Laden.

villian can safely slowplay a set here. It's not likely that you re-raise him PF with 67 or 2 diamonds (exception being AdKd)
