AKs deep OOP

vill is running at 26/19/2 8% 3b only 50 hands. He's lost a heap playing 25nl over small sample. Know nothing about his postflop game, he's not a reg.

Feel a little iffy about every street here. Stack sizes confused me..

Firstly: Preflop; your out of position. Your only going to flop a pair 1/3rd the time. Even when you do you may be in a bad spot. Against someone with an 8% 3 bet your way ahead of that range 4 bet this sucker PF. Turn is actually fairly close you just have to construct some type of range to determine if it is a shove or not.

They are pretty deep, so I think that gives some more merit to his line.

turn is close, and definitely a shove or fold spot I'd imagine. Any reads on his overbetting?

I didn't notice the stack sizes.

On the bright side of things we can rep a range of JJ+ very credibly postflop.

Flop play seems standard and I'd fold to this turn bet, don't hate a jam.

For people who advocate cold calling here rather than 4 balling, I am interested in how people play on other flop textures:

For example:

1: 10h Jc 2s
2: 10h Ks Qc
3: 2h 3c 4s
4: 9h 5s 8c

4ball/get it in, kind of a gross stack depth though i admit

If you want to get this in pre at 100nl with 178bb stacks your xbet tendencies better be perceived as very loose. I would also like to know whether we think that BTN is even capable of making a non-committing 5bet bluff in this spot. You also need to consider the tendencies of the PFR.

I'd typically 4bet this and either fold to or jam over a 5bet, depending on a whole bunch of factors. Cold calling is a tricky play that we shouldn't completely dismiss either.

Against this villain I would probably lead out and barrel most boards.

with a hand this good i dont give a f1ck if the villain declares to me before the hand that hes only going to play back against my 4bet with KK+ and is only 3betting hijack opens from the button with JJ+ AQ. I DONT CARE. IM STILL GETTING IT IN ILL RUN OVER YOU ALL DAY MOTHAF@CKAZ

Is UTG+1 a fish or a reg? Is villain's 8% 3bet broken down to more 3bets OOP vs steals or 3betting IP w/Ax and such. His 3bets in this spot really make difference for me whether I just get it in pre or start playing post flop OOP with TP deep.

I wouldn't even consider 3b% over such a small sample.

I like 4b/get it in pre even 178bb deep on the grounds that taggs often spew 3b their buttons a bit, and if MP shoves we are obviously well committed.

With certain more well-defined dynamics, you could easily convince me this is a call preflop.
