Default AKs hand, how would you play it?

How would you have played this one? CO raises to 5x bb and then short stack on the button moves AI for another $3.

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) converter

    UTG ($68.30)
    MP ($104.40)
    CO ($161.95)
    Button ($13.15)
    SB ($93.75)
    Hero ($163.85)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, K.
UTG calls $2, 1 fold, CO raises to $10, Button raises to $13.15, 1 fold, Hero raises to $30, UTG folds, CO raises to $161.95, Hero calls $131.95.

    Flop: ($340.05) 2, 6, 3 (3 players)

    Turn: ($340.05) 6 (3 players)

    River: ($340.05) 2 (3 players)

    Final Pot: $340.05

I'd have to put him on a pair with that play.. I can't really see calling that. I would have just called the all-in and seen a flop. You will hit that flop about 1 in 3 times and you have odds for that. Then you can proceed to take on the CO.

Here's a question: if you would have just called the AI, would the CO have an opportunity to reraise? I think he wouldn't because its an all-in.

When I was playing I thought for sure the CO would have the opportunity to raise so I went ahead and raised before he had the chance. I now realize that the AI wasn't a big enough raise to qualify as a raise so a reraise wouldn't be allowed. The only reason I called his AI is because I thought he raised too much preflop to be on AA/KK which would be the only hands I could fold too. I don't seem to be getting much discussion on this one so I'll just go ahead and say that he had QQ and I lost.
