Default all in on the flop with JJ [nl50]

villain is 28/11/2 (196) with 3Bet 7, WTSD/W$SD 57/55, flop CBet 50, fold2CB 50 and when he's UTG he's limping all the time with everything except broadways and 88+. no other reads.

    Stacks:
    UTG MrRodro ($66.85)
    CO Jay Nissa ($59.66)
    BTN TiffanyS x ($57.43)
    SB Hero ($71.54)
    BB Hoffertof8 ($10)

    Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 5 players) Hero is SB
MrRodro calls $0.50, 1 fold, TiffanyS x calls $0.50, Hero raises to $3, 1 fold, MrRodro calls $2.50, TiffanyS x folds

    Flop: ($7, 2 players)
Hero bets $5, MrRodro raises to $17.75, Hero goes all-in $68.54, MrRodro goes all-in $46.10

is this solid stuff in long term against this type of player?

It's a quick and dirty stove, but I can't imagine change the amount of FD's is gonna make it profitable.

Funkeefeesh, do you have any more information on villain? How often do they limp/call as opposed to limp/fold? How fast was the flop raise? Have you been raising over villains limps a lot? Have other people? Would he get frustrated and play back at that or is he in your impression the happyclicky glad to be playing some internet pokers sort?

Assuming your read is correct that villain raises anything 88+ pf, but in this instance limp/calls 88, vs 88,55,33,A8s,As3s,7s6s,A8o,85s you have almost 45% equity with the pot at $29.75 after the flop raise. Which isn't bad against all sets, top two pairs, two strong flush draws/combos and TPTK. So, based on playing with villain prior to this hand, what do you feel you can add/remove from that range?

But yeah, I'd like to know the timing on that pretty interesting flop raise size and any other reads.

i think its a fold, too

you guys are slightly deep too just over 130bb
it sure seems like he's trying to get it all in here, this is very rarely a bluff since this is a pretty bad board to cbet for you with air.

we're getting the most value here from top pair (only A8?) hands or hands like 99/TT and I think a lot of the time players like this will just call those down.
