if you're going to raise then fuckin raise, none of that 3 more bullshit. raise the flop to at least 7. and bet more on the turn like 14

The pot is $5 with his raise included, so you should probably raise him the pot here. $2 into $5 seems kinda weak anyway so he might fold, which is fine

don't get cute w/ TPTK. it doesn't work that way. bet like you have a hand, and if he refuses to believe and calls on a draw, then you get the best of it over the long haul. and you like that.

preflop: you did raise 4BB, so it's not horrible. meh.

flop: this is a bad one for your defense of callers: you have a situation where you're fighting both flush and straight draw possibilities. so bet MUCH harder than minraise. in fact, don't minraise unless it's the only way to get more money in the pot on a made hand. seriously, don't do it.

turn: the draw card didn't come, and if you want to win the hand, you are best off raising very hard here. pot sized. do it.

river: draws are busted now, and you made it through the forest w/o getting drawn out on. unless he two paired A/bitch kicker. in that case, you would have found this out much earlier by betting harder at any point in the hand.
In answer to your question... it depends...

Do you guys think that in 25NL its better to check/call the river here or bet again and hope he calls with shitty aces?

He who sleeps well cannot sin.
He who does not sin goes to Heaven.

I'd drop another $6. Given the horrible calls random players like to make, I'm a big fan of bet/call and bet/fold river lines.

As played, I think the hero did a shitty job of getting the most money in with the best of it.

Raise more like the people said before. Bet the river what you bet on the turn.

So, trying not to be biased by the results of the hand, I shouldn't have been worried by the bike straight and 3 flush at the flop because my pfr should have handled that?

    preflop is fine
on the flop raise him bigger! at least the pot
beware here of a reraise (id drop tp like its 72) or the cold call
after that you want to see the showdown for as cheap as possible as your hand is very weak but you are holding the king of clubs so you still have a good draw.
for me the key here is to keep showdown as cheap as possible without loooking too weak and bluffable so put money into the pot, but not a lot. Unless of course you want to hit the turn hard as if you HAVE the nuts here but im not a fan of such a play.
