Ok. Let me get this straight (no pun intended) I thought i was doing the trapping here. He bet it out at me. thats fine. then an overcard came and he checked so i put him on the turn on either a pair of tens or kings (is that right or did i read it wrong?) I check the turn expecting him to bet into me again, where i would have reraised (possibly all in) instead he checks so i push the river fully expecting to be winning.
 Did i just get unlucky?
Did i play it badly, should i have bet the turn regardless (this is a great example of why i hate check raising)
Or was it the right play for a heads up situation where im looking to trap only to get truly stung.
Also, ironically enough i played an sng earlier in the day and got exactly the same hand form the bb and bet it out only to run into a runner runner KJ two pair and bust out (the deja vu feeling was real nasty!). Truly 10 4 is my worst hand.

(p.s i would truly play this differently at a cash table, by betting out on the flop and hitting the turn real hard, but i thought i could get this guy all in here and win)
