Default Baluga theorem at its finest... Why do I want to call?

I havent played any hands with villain. I only know his stats are 22/15/3

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($51)
    Button ($88.40)
    SB ($37.10)
    BB ($68.80)
    UTG ($43.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, Q.
1 fold, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, BB calls $1.50.

    Flop: ($4.25) T, 2, 2 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3, BB calls $3.

    Turn: ($10.25) 7 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, BB raises to $19 Hero...

If someone raises on the turn they are beating one pair, essentially.

Although in this spot it just looks like a bad bluff with a FD from the opponent.

    Wow, this is pretty old.

I don't know why this looks bluffy to people...

If I remember correctly I think I pushed and he had TT. The baluga theorem lives on.
