haven't played in a big hand with villain. HUD shows him as 27/22, so pretty loose aggressive. plays aggressive postflop.

raise the flop unless u think he threebarrel bluffs at all at weakness (i.e. I like this line against me or mass).

It's also a really easy threebet pre.

But as played raise flop and probably cry call a shove.

i called preflop to mix it up.

doesn't raising the flop make my hand face up and allow his AK/AQ/AJ type hands to get away cheap?

aggression takes this on the flop I think, he calls with at least middle pair, so i don't sweat the possible str8 on the turn

If he reraises, or fires on turn, I fold

Most people don't just keep on blindly betting every street with air so letting AK "get away cheaply" seems like a pretty bad reason not to raise the flop. I sometimes just call pre-flop to mix it up too, because if he c-bets the flop then I make $13 off of his weak hand instead of just $4, but unless you're very sure he's going to bet the turn with air then you should just raise the flop IMO.

Um, a bluff? This seems like a pointless question.

He could have any number of hands that he decided to 3-barrel with considering that the OP's entire rationale for playing the hand this way was that he thinks this villain is aggro enough to fire 3 streets with nothing.
