Default Calling QQ IP, valueraising somewhere?

MP 24/14/1.3 over 82 hands, stealing >35% so definately positionally aware, folded to 3bets 2/2.
BB is the table donk playing 91/21/1.1 over 39 hands.

Definately pre and flop are decisions to raise. Board is superdry though and keeping it 3way multiway is good as well. BB is a fish so I want to build a pot against him, etc etc.
    What would you do?

Pre is meh fine to keep the donk in. But wow after donk leads this flop and pfr just calls, I'm raising for sure.

I agree with griffey. There's plenty of value in raising the flop vs fish. It's really hard for pfr to have anything good but it's not like your gonna stack him on later streets anyway so I'd raise trying to stack the fish before any scare cards come.

Flop is def spot you want to be raising. Turn is also good since more draws came in as well.
