Quintuple his bet? My standard raise with a monster in spots like this is usually 3 times the person's bet, and it's generally effective at folding out marginal hands when I'm bluffing. If he doesn't fold on the flop, I'm not really worried, since I can just lay down the hammer on the turn, or hit my draw.
