Combo draw facing c/r

This guy has been fairly straight forward for the last 100 hands or so, although he started out being super aggressive. This is his first flop c/r and I feel like I having little fold equity. He's been 3betting fairly standard range so I don't put JJ+ or AK in his range although it is a possibility. Sorry I can't give you much more than that.

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, 10
Hero bets $5, BB calls $4

Flop: ($12) A, J, 9 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $8, BB raises $28, Hero ...

I'm aware of against a pure value range + KcQc I've still got 45% equity but we're still not a favorite. There are a few different lines to take (in order of what I think is best to worse):

1) Reraise anywhere from $60-80 and call a shove.
2) Call the c/r here and call any non-shove turn that doesn't improve us.
3) Call the c/r here and shove any turn regardless if it improves us or not--possibly the most +EV if our opponent is bluffing us a lot and barrelling.
4) Overshove all in

I usually find myself going towards option #2 here when I feel like my opponent isn't folding. If reraising is the best play, its hard to argue that an overshove has less fold equity than reraising it less. However, if reraising is the best line what would be the optimal 3bet size (and I guess optimal 3bet for AA/JJ/99/AJ/A9 which I assume would be similar if not the same)?

You can't really make much of an error here, call/call and 3 bet/get it in are both fine, really dislike calling then shoving any turn as most of the time you'll get it in with crappy equity.

The pot isnt very big so even if he is bluffing sometimes 3betting doesnt help you too much. Calling seems good, the turn i couldnt imagine him making a bet where you felt you didn't have correct pot odds and implied, maybe if the board paired...

Can you explain this a bit more? Are you saying we want a big pot with our hand but 3betting could defeat this?

that or if he overbets the turn by either going AI or maybe betting 2x pot size or something. I haven't done the math I know I just can't call the shove. Thanks for confirming my suspicion, I'm not the only one who just doesn't insta-ship this on the flop everytime in small pots.

how about KcTc-KcQc are we more inclined to get it in with the NFD?

What do you 3bet here that isn't a strong made hand afraid of giving a free card? Doesn't flatting just give him license to barrel turn and river if none of the draws get there on the times when he's doing this as a semi-bluff with his own draw?
