I didn't put him on an ace, since I figured he would have raised it up, instead of the limp/call. 33 or 66 is unlikely too for the same reason.

Kinda tricky. Everything preflop was fine.

On the flop, the ace scares you, but you were the aggressor PF and snce aggression is the key heads up, I definitely bet the flop. When he comes over top, I fear a bigger pair or ace... but not enough to lay it down.

Well played. He got a little too loose preflop, but he played it about right post flop too.

If I'd had more chips, I wouldn't have called that, but you'd put so many chips into that hand, you had no choice but to call his raise. Well played.

Why wouldn't you have called?

If this guy isn't totally passive, he'd most likely reraise an A, unless he was trying to get really cute. So, unless you had a read that he tries this kind of stuff, I go broke on this hand all day. Instead of raising to 1600 (half your stack) just push the flop. Pot is large enough to take down.
