I'm following Sauce's Guide to Beating 6-Max NL Post-UIGEA, which is tight preflop with a lot of 3-betting (Stats show me running 15/14 after 3k hands). I'm trying to follow the postflop guidelines and have a few spots that I want to see if I am following the correct lines:

Hand 1: Villain is 35/6/1 over 125 hands.

Hero ($104)
UTG ($96.40)
MP ($79.85)
CO ($218.45)
Button ($167.20)
SB ($125)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T, T.
1 fold, MP calls $1, 3 folds, Hero raises to $5, MP calls $4.

Flop: ($10.50) 6, 7, 5 (2 players)
Hero bets $8, MP calls $8.

Turn: ($26.50) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $18...

Is this correct...double barrel since I have better than top pair? If villain calls, fire again on a blank river / scare card that doesn't match the board? Fold turn to a raise/all in?

Hand 2: Villain is 16/13/3 over 297 hands. His turn lead got my head spinning, and then when the river comes out...well, just see for yourself.

Hero ($107.15)

Preflop: Hero is CO with , .
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $5, 2 folds, BB calls $4, UTG folds.

Flop: ($11.50) , , (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $8, BB calls $8.

Turn: ($27.50) (2 players)
BB bets $15, Hero calls $15.

River: ($57.50) (2 players)
BB bets $29, Hero ... ?

He bets half pot, and my two pair beats hardly anything now. Should I have not called the turn, or is there a better line?
Just trying to implement the ideas behind this style correctly
