Difference between 5- and 6-max

Was playing some $50NL 5-max on dise and I'm wondering if there's any reason to keep these games seperate from 6-max in PT.

Okay having 5 players, but since most of my rules are for 4-handed and higher it makes little difference in that sense.

Do you guys keep these games seperate or what?
