Embarassing hands, but I'm starting over

I'm re-evaluating every single part of my game lately, so might as well post the hands I think I played poorly. For the most part, big pots are easy to play. I've been trying to improve my play in small-medium pots. So help me out vets.

I'm dealing with a lot more turn action at 200NL. At 100NL and below, turn play seemed a lot simpler. I either continued with a very strong hand or I went to cheap showdown/fold mode. Now, theres a lot more turn action as I'm dealing with floaters and more raises on the turn.

Here is a hand that I feel like I played like a puss and butchered it. I had no read on the villain and didn't want to get stuck into too big of a pot. I played it so weird because his turn bet was so small I figured I was ahead enough to get a little more value or get him to fold, but I didn't think it was worth raising so much that it priced out all draws. Bigger raises are gonna get pummeled with the nuts more, right?

Then on the river I realized the pot was $110 so I put out a blocking bet, maybe even get something weak to look up my weird action. I'd like comments not only on this specific hand, but how you deal with situations like these in general.

What do you do on the turn and river if you check and he fires full pot, if you bet full pot and he min-raises, or if you bet full pot, he calls, and river comes off as a blank?

Next hand.. Do you play it the same preflop? What about his weak bet on the flop? No reads on this guy except that I've never seen him before and he's short. Is it worth messing with him? I felt like he was without an ace, but just moved on. I don't wanna pass up on profitable situations even if i have no cards.

No, I am just an idiot and the hand histories from the PR skins suck. Going back to edit it now.

First hand: He's not folding to your turn c/r, so it's either a monster, a draw, or a K who thinks he's got showdown value 3-handed. I'd like a c/c or c/f at the river, I don't see value in a blocking bet.

Second hand: You have room to raise to 40-45. Don't call though, you're usually behind to TT-KK if he doesn't have the A. If you want to make a move, do it at the flop. His stack size makes a raise to 40 a pressure point for him(which is profitable generally).
