If you're playing all these hands without reads you probably should be less fancy

Hand 1 - were you trying to c/r flop? I don't see a fold really, bet $7.50 on river, fold to raise maybe

Hand 2 - Do you think he floated the flop? I call turn and hope for cheap showdown

Hand 3 - Could bet more on flop, turn is standard

Hand 4 - Either fold pre-flop, or go broke on this flop

    Hand 5 - Standard

    Hand 6 - Standard

    Hand 7 - Standard

Continuing to play hands against unknown opponents and frantically searching through your biggest loses for answers won't get you the magnitude of improvements you're looking for.

I dont know what to look for. At the least, I have a few days to reread NLT&P over thanksgiving.

    Aye.

I'm currently running those filteres you PMd me to run, everything looked normal until I got to the heads-up filter.

    5. Heads-up play. Click on “Turn Filter Off,” then click on “Filters…” again. Under “Hands With Between…Players Seeing The Flop” change the range from “0 to 10 players” to “2 to 2 players.” Hit “OK” and see what comes up. This shows you how you’ve done when you were heads-up preflop, but a flop was dealt. See how you’ve done in these situations. If things look OK, go back to “Filters…” and under “Pre-flop Raise” select “No Raise.” This will show you how you’ve done when you didn’t raise preflop, but the hand was heads-up on the flop (this includes pure limping and when someone ELSE raised preflop, but not when you were the preflop raiser). Is this number positive? If not, it could be an indicator that you have trouble when you are not the aggressor preflop, especially without padding in the pot.
Both of those filters show negative results, the second one being a good 2.5x worse. Heads-up flops are clearly a problem for me.

    Then this filter:

    6. Multiway pots. Clear the filter and go back under filters. Change “Hands With Between…Players Seeing The Flop” to “3 to 10 players.” This shows you how you do in multiway pots. If things look good, go back and select “No Raise” under “Pre-flop Raise.” Is it still positive? If so, you’re selecting good times to play/limp multiway pots, and you’re playing them well postflop.
First filter not positive, Second filter not positive.

So clearly I also have an issue with multiway pots. Therefore, the logical conclusion is "I'm not good at playing any pots"

a filter does show me coldcalling with a number of suitedconnectors (26 times out of 25k hands). But these are making me money. SuitedConnectors as a whole are not.

Interesting filters, I'll run them when I get home.

When I lose a big pot it's generally one of the following:
o I had a big hand, someone else had a bigger hand
o I got sucked out on
o I got picked off on a late street bluff

Not much I can do about the first two and worrying about these hands too much and I don't worry too much about the bluffs either. Sometimes I do it, sometimes I'm going to run into a hand.

Granted, I used to have a pretty big problem playing big pots with lukewarm hands against passivish sorts of opponents and I continue to keep an eye on that. Otherwise, I don't worry much and see it more of a gauge on how well I'm running.

    since we're running numbers...

    Over too small of a sample I'm running 3BB/100 @ 50NL

    5) 1BB/100
-50BB/100 (haha, ya I call too much without taking impetus, partially because everyone makes weak bets so I call with weak hands, but this is small sample)

    6) 2BB/100
    -5BB/100
