Default Experimenting with blind defense and badonkadonk bets

Do you think this line is reasonable vs. what is basically an unknown? Over a small sample he seems at least somewhat aggressive, otherwise I know nothing about him.

    Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    UTG ($14.50)
    MP ($24.85)
    CO ($8.05)
    Button ($49.35)
    Hero (SB) ($50.00)
    BB ($17.50)

Preflop: Hero is SB with :Jh: :Kc:
3 folds, Button raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.25, BB calls $1.00

    Flop: ($4.50) :Ks: (3 players)
Hero bets $3.00, 1 fold, Button calls $3.00

    Turn: ($10.50) (2 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $8.00, Hero calls $8.00

    River: ($26.50) (2 players)
    Hero checks, Button checks

    Total pot: $26.50 | Rake: $1.30

why would you lead a hand that dominates his cbetting range

If it is a reg I would bet river, but its not so you are fine. If f you are going to donk a lot out of the blinds, you need to know a lot about player tendencies. A lot of players consider a flop donk bet to be weak, so they raise or fold. You can do well donking a wide range against stealers if you have the right reads.

Hence the "experiment" part. My feeling is that the more aggressive button stealers don't respect donk bets, so they tend to raise or float in those spots - maybe an exploitable amount. In this case villain showed down ATo, so I probably got more out of him than I would have with a standard check/call or check/raise.

I think you are going to get more value by c/c 3 streets/ value betting when checked to than the line you chose.

Also I think calling pre here is probably -ev against an unknown.
