If you raised to 6 on the flop, you beat his bluffs and shut him down on the turn unless he has an ace for sure. Regardless, you save 1.50 by raising to 6 on the flop. Even if you hit a 9 on the river, can you call a big bet with the underfull? Calling can't win this hand against an opponent who will continue to bet at you.
Yeah this is seriously terrible, learning begins from the moment you realise you suck. Luckily noone in this forum is going to follow much of what you're saying but please don't post with this much certainty in the BC because a lot people there probably will.
