villain is like 19/14, i had been 3betting him a lot, he wasnt calling me w/ a tight range or anything, i thought he could hold all pairs... and some unpaired high card hands.... he wasnt 4betting so premiums are in his range as well --- reason i didnt want to fire third barrel.

i thought flop bet was pretty standard, why c/b and let him get there w/ his high cards? when he flats i figure he has a pr bigger or smaller than mine and regardless hes gonna fold on a K turn ... why would he fold river if he calls turn?
