a little town called none of your goddamn business
your hand is almost always good

i would probably call and bet out the turn again.

You are in a situation where the more you keep reopening the betting on the flop, the more likely he folds hands you beat and keeps the one hand that beats you.

This is a set almost 100% of the time, so you'd have much better equity if you got it all in on the turn anyways.

I'd keep raising over him, just not too much that he'll be enticed to call or even raise over it again.. definately try to get as much in on the flop as possible.

I also raise this one for 5BB preflop since you have the button.. but that's just me.

    Btw the BB folded? lol..

Consider pushing but do the same with big draws/sets.

Reraise. You almost always have the best hand, but too many cards kill either your or your opponents hand on the turn. I like to try to get as much money in when I'm sure I have the best hand. If he has a set, he will probably call anyways.

Raise to $25 and get the rest in on a safe turn (any non 2,3,5 is safe enough). Don't just call, there are too many action killing cards or cards that can beat you.

I raised he pushed he had 46dd. The ironic thing is that I usually do raise this with one limper and this time I didn't and it cost me $85 .
