First hand not sure without a better read. If he's stupid sometimes you're looking at QQ-88 here, but this guy is stupid preflop so maybe he has it......dunno.

Both hands are easy calls. Hand 1 is easy because of how you described his play, he probably plays TT like the nuts here. Hand 2 is simple because you have top set and redraws if you are behind.
