Default four more hands :) ($100NL)

    Thanks in advance.

    1) What's he betting the turn with OOP?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($172.25)
    SB ($119.20)
    BB ($50.40)
    UTG ($85.30)
    Hero ($99.50)
    CO ($100)

Preflop: Hero is MP with T, T.
UTG calls $1, Hero raises to $5, 2 folds, SB calls $4.50, 1 fold, UTG folds.

    Flop: ($12) 7, Q, Q (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8, SB calls $8.

    Turn: ($28) K (2 players)
    SB bets $18, Hero ...

    2) Button has made me think he's a donk, but it's only 10 hands in at this table. BB is a donk no question (I actually followed him to this table). Still ... instafold? I don't even know why I'm posting this.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($105.05)
    BB ($46.70)
    UTG ($134.40)
    MP ($104.80)
    Button ($28.85)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J, J.
UTG calls $1, 1 fold, Button raises to $3, Hero raises to $11, BB raises to $46.7, UTG folds, Button calls $25.85 (All-In), Hero folds.

    3) Only 20 hands with him so far and he's 0/0 for stats.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (4 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($99.20)
    Button ($36.90)
    SB ($133.85)
    BB ($101.80)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, Q.
Hero raises to $4, Button calls $4, 1 fold, BB raises to $14, Hero calls $10, Button calls $10.

    Flop: ($42.50) T, 5, 5 (3 players)
BB bets $25, Hero calls $25, Button folds.

    Turn: ($92.50) 6 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $60.2 (All-In)

    4) 70 hands with him so far, not impressed with his play. He's 47/22/4 and does weird stuff like min raise with A8o preflop and call all in with AK preflop.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero ($179.25)
    CO ($107)
    Button ($100.50)
    SB ($405.20)
    BB ($93)
    UTG ($90.75)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A, 8.
UTG raises to $3, Hero calls $3, 4 folds.

    Flop: ($7.50) 8, T, A (2 players)
UTG bets $4, Hero raises to $11, UTG raises to $25, Hero ...

    2) uhhh if by 'insta-fold' you mean 'insta-call', then yes. wtf? 1/4 of eff stack is in pre with JJ against a couple short-stack donks, of course you're not folding, don't be silly.

    3) I want to 4-bet this pre but against a person of these stats maybe the call is better. If we're going to play it like this (not making an aggressive play pre or on the flop), I think checking back the turn and seeing what happens on the river is better. Worst case scenario, you're giving AK a free look at 6 outs with one card to come.

    4) I think shoving is the best play here. preflop call is kinda sketchy vs preflop raiser with shitty relative position, but forgivable.

1: I usually fold here unless I'm seeing a trend in his play

2: I don't think it's a big mistake either way. Kinda depends on how much gamble you're feeling.

3: I might actually fold p/f until I have a read on his play. On the turn I think you have to check behind because you're only really getting called by hands that beat you here. However, for image purposes I like this play. (I feel a playstyle that has you betting/raising a lot and not showing fear will increase the likelyhood to get paid off lateron because people will get the impression "he can't have it all the time..")

    4. You basically have the worst hand that beats TP.. so assuming he doesn't play TPGK like the nuts, you're either way behind AT/set, or slightly ahead of a big draw like AKhh/AQhh. By his betsize it doesn't look like a simple draw (like 45hh) though, he either wants to put you to the test, or just milk you for more money.
I fold this preflop btw, then you avoid uncomfortable situations like this.

    Hand_1 - Fold
Hand_2 - Um, seems like an easy fold at low stakes, if its +ev can only be barely
& will cause too much fluctuation, better places to get your money in.
Hand_3 - 4 bet pre-flop, as played I like the all in, On this board AA or KK really has to bet again on turn not check, & you could be giving AKs a free card.
Hand_4 - Don't like the call, as played you flopped two pair, in this case
I might raise to 50$, the guys above hate small raises, but in this case I think shoving gives AK AQ a chance to get away & you're only called by hands that beat you, but I doubt this guy will be able to fold AK to this raise & will probably shove & you call.
High variance play for a stack though cuz I think you're probably ahead here only 55 to 60% of the time.

    1. i really want to call but lukie's occam's razor theory is definitely right here, fold it

    2. callllll

    3. definitely check on turn-possibly making a small mistake is better than possibly making a very big mistake; it's totally standard to check KK/AA there to invite a push from JJ-QQ instead of often scaring them away with your push.

    4. all in...fold pf though because he's not deep enough for the implied odds of you loose call to make up for such bad relative position
