Default good hand, but confusing action

wtf sort of hands do you put villain on here? push? if you call, do you call a blank river if he pushes?

reads - I'm new, but maybe seen as tag. villain has 30/10 stats after 100 hands. i forgot how the timing was.

    Ultimate Bet
    No Limit Holdem Ring game
    Blinds: $2./$4.
    6 players

    Stack sizes:
    UTG: $669.50
    Hero: $418.30
    CO: $967.90
    Button: $179
    SB: $100
    BB: $639.20

    Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with K Q
UTG calls, Hero raises to $18, 4 folds, UTG calls.

    Flop: 4 T 9 ($42, 2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $32, UTG calls.

    Turn: K ($106, 2 players)
    UTG bets $106, Hero...

    Ewwwwww.
I'm tempted to shove but i feel like you're behind here 85% of the time. But I'd feel so dumb calling here and folding to a relatively safe river card.
But who knows he may not shove the river and there really aren't any draws you need to protect against so I say call and reeval river if you don't hit.

But then again I'm a nit.

What a weird line for him to take. I kinda want to shove too. I want to put him on 444 but why doesn't he get money in on the flop instead of calling then immediately donking the turn? I would say he has KT but I don't think people l/c with that preflop at your stakes do they?

His line doesn't look like a set or better K. At least I don't see sets played that way in my games.

Would many players at 2/4 c/c with QJ on that flop?

Could also be KQ, KJ, JT. A pair and a draw seems likely as well.

Does his bet look like a bet strong, fold to shove type of bet? Maybe bet pot is just standard, I don't remember UB and don't play this level. I think I would shove.

With so many outs and such a strange bet, you're not folding. I'd call and hope you improve, and then make your decision based on your hand/ his river play. It would be sick if you didn't improve and he pushed...

yea i agree make the call and make a river play depending on the card and his action

I would call as KJ is certainly in this range. If he has KT, a set or a straight you will get his stack anyway when another falls. I don't like a shove as anything he would call you with has you most likely beat.

He's basically representing Q-J, but I'd probably push anyways since you can always suck out or split.

ya QJ was my first thought too then KT, then maybe 9sXs or some other spade draw. i dont usually see KJ/KQ play like this, usually doing a check-turn-bet-river line, but you never know.

sounds like majority would call. I was thinking if I push, the draws might call. and if I'm calling a blank river it makes sense to just raise the turn so the draws call, which might give up on the river.

then again the draws aren't as likely since I have spades, so I guess calling to improve makes sense, hoping he checks the river.
or maybe like usual there's no definite/obvious move...

It would be even sicker if a spade falls and he check/folds his KT!

villain showed A3ss. i called the turn and he just checked a blank river. i've been thinking about how he played it...

don't you think if a tag player calls that turn, it's sooo likely to be a marginal hand that folds a lot of rivers?
