Default hand that has been bugging me

Ok, still on my way to the $1k BR I want to have to move to 50NL, yesterday I had this hand that really annoyed me, but I'm not sure how much of my own analysis is results-oriented, so I wanted to run it by FTR.

Villain is 90/80/5. Yeah I had never seen anything like it. He constantly opens for anywhere between 4BB and 20BB. He was donating big to the table and kept reloading when he busted, and I had position on him so seemed ideal, but for the most part I was doing good at the other tables and making nothing on this one.

My initial strategy was to wait for premium hands to call or 3bet him, but that didn't seem to be a profitable approach. A fews orbits back I decided to start calling his (reasonable) raises with a much wider range (including SCs and K9 etc) and I ran myself up to almost 300BB quickly that way. Then this hand came up

preflop: I had 3bet him before with the AQ/TT+ range, and he usually folded. Or called and open folded the flop (yeah, lol). So here I 3bet AQs into him. I prolly coulda 3bet more, but I had lowered it because I wanted him in the hand with his trash.

flop: TP+ nut flush draw. Pretty damn good flop, but, if you think about it, also very deceptive. Because if your flush doesn't get there, all you have is TPTK and we're playing for 200BB. I lead for 3/4 pot and he calls.

turn: I bet $7 into a $10 pot, and he min-check/raises me. This really sucks. He is a total donk, but when he stacks off, it's usually when he calls down.. here he c/r the turn, must be a real hand. But I can't fold here right, with the flush draw still going? So I called. Afterwards I was actually wondering if I should have checked the turn for pot control, or is that results oriented thinking?

river: he shoves for a buyin, which is half the pot. I just snap called because the pot was so big. I probably should have folded the river?

Anyway, all comments appreciated on all streets..

I'd felt TPTK against someone with his stats. I'd pot the flop though.

i agree , i wouldnt give this guy any credit with those stats

when i play a player like this i like my 3-betting range to be a lot wider especially in position, im talking sc's 98s+ , any pp , and ATs+ and a ton of other hands , looking to hit a good flop and hopefully get it all in

Yeah that was my exact thinking too in fact. Saw TPTK and thought "let's get this allin" and the rest was just autopilot. Afterwards I felt like a retard though because he took the one line that allowed me to find a fold. Problem was mainly that this hand tilted me so bad that I had to stop playing for the night..

I can get away from the turn c/r.....

    but I wouldn't.

Build the pot larger against this player. Definitely pot the flop.
