I don't see a reason to gamble with your queens preflop. If you push, youre going to scare off hands that could be paying you and only end up paying off AA-KK. Unfortunately, it looks like you are behind. He reraised you from bad position so he's got something strong. I am expecting to see AA, KK, and AK most often here. He could be an aggressive guy with queens or jacks but I'm sure you'd know if he was that aggressive.
I can understand calling the flop to see if he slows down on the turn, but after he fires that 2nd barrell a turn raise from you would not be to get more money into the pot or find information, it would be a pure bluff trying to push him off a better hand than yours.
