Stacks are a tad bit deeper than normal, and he also raised UTG, so I think this a spot to lay down AK even though there's a decent chance you're laying down the best hand.

If you think he folds QQ/JJ/AK then it's a decent spot to move in, but if you think he will call with a wide range then it's probably a fold. I think it's very likely he has KK/QQ/AK here in particular.
