One missing piece of information: How big is the 600 chip pot in relation to your stacks?

Unless the pot is large relative to your stacks, I think you have to fold. I wouldn't be worried about the higher flush as much as I would be worried that my outs to the Q are dirty (e.g., he holds QJ, AA, or KK). I'd discount my outs to 10.5 or 11 based on that possibility, not enough to call, really.

If you will still hold a commanding chip lead after folding, I think the correct play is to fold here.
