Never fold your SB HU. Your calling odds here are 3.5-1. Unless opponent has a PP higher than your highest card, you're not that far behind.

1) I don't show; I am uncertain that pushing is the best "value" here, but that's my opinion.
2) I don't show.

Other than that, can't do too much. When the blinds are this large there isn't much of a line to be checked - it becomes a preflop game pretty much.
