Against weak guys who peel a lot, you need to double barrel here a lot.
Let's say very roughly there are 4 types of opponents at these stakes:
1. The loose passive, who will call here with any pair and quite some overs at least a decent amount of times.
2. The tight passive, who will fold like anything but TP.
3. 'Tough opponent' who will bluff raise or float this flop a decent amount, calls with underpairs and TP hands as well.
4. Maniacal, who will raise this flop liberally.
Assuming type 3 is rare at my stakes, I don't see how c-betting this everytime is a mistake. More often than not I expect it to be for value.
And I certainly am willing to play back at agression by aggressive villains. (maybe even more than I should)
Still, is there anything more to say about this than c/f is standard and b/f only against the peelers? I.e. how light do you think a c/r is going to get called...how is that compared to a bet? What about a 3 barrel?
Can we more often bet on adrawy board with non-drawhitting-turn, compared to a blank turn on a drawless board?
Can we represent the straight/flush when it hits?
(I know these are very general questions, without perfect answers to them, I'm just looking for directions to explore)

I would only checkfold this flop if u had like 33.
Which one of the following is a good 2 barrel (some are obvious, but not all to me)? , :Td:, :Jd:, :Qd:, :Kd:, :Ad:
Check/folding AK on this board is rarely an option for me as well...but so is 33. Is c/f with 33 standard for you?
Why are you c/fing 33 and betting AK?...(to me it's not like you have a million outs and/or will get paid big with AK)
