I agree with Ping as a rule of thumb for this situation, keep the pot small, especially after the smooth call paired board turn. You obviously have to lead out on the flop with your overpair. Aren't there much better places to put in $100 than aagainst a flush AND paired board, while out OOP no less? If you really think you're ahead there after that turn smooth call, just check/call a reasonable bet on the river (i.e. don't call push). I feel beat there.
