I dont usually c/r the flop but I don't mind it at all. I would continue on diamonds and my pairs, and on cards that connect with our ranges I would triple barrel. The Q isnt a good bluff card at all. It's practically the most blank card possible. When a 6 or a 9 rolls off on the turn and you barrel through, now that's scary. Blasting this river as played can be okay as a bluff but only with a read. There are many opponents at any stakes who will just snap you off if they have a pair in this spot. There are some others who will grudgingly give you credit for a set this time and fold JJ.
