Default Hi HSNL, I bring the old KK, A flops (3/6, 140BBs BB vs UTG)

UTG is a reg running 23/17/2.5. I've been playing like 30/25 iso-raising and iso-3-betting the SB fish alot (for reference my 3b % was 18), and UTG's been been coming after me 3-betting a ton (and has also cold 4-bet one or two times to which I've folded). Earlier we got it in preflop my TT vs his AA the second time I 4-bet him, he seems to have tightened up a bit after this but. I don't think we've seen a single flop vs each other though, and can't recall any history from earlier sessions (no notes).

    Stacks:
    UTG ($839.35)
    UTG 1 ($1343.30)
    CO ($582.00)
    BTN ($675.00)
    SB ($1422.72)
    Hero ($1065.55)

    Pre-flop: ($9, 6 players) Hero is BB
UTG raises to $21, 2 folds, BTN calls $21, 1 fold, Hero raises to $96, UTG calls $75, BTN folds

    Flop: ($225, 2 players)
    Hero ($969.55)?
I'm kinda clueless as to how to proceed..
