He's very clever. After hours of folding his blinds eventually he'll hit a monster and raise. You'll fold and he'll make 10 bucks back. But on the next hand, If you he raises you won't know what to think! You'll probably fold. And he'll start his hour-long folding cycle just to set you up for his next 2 hand rush.
