Cbet % can also vary on your tables, the more people seeing a flop genrally means less cbetting. In my experience a good session meant my cbet% is lower than 60, because I sat whith a bunch of fish and got paid.
As far as the floating goes, it depends. Are they floating because they have this read: Will641 gives up on turn after missing flop? Or are they floating a certain type of flop? Or are they floating a certain type of holding(draw/2nd pair)?
