I play lower stakes and haven't played much heads up for a while (think I'm going to soon though, seems like a good way to improve)...but fwiw here's some comments.
#21 would have been a perfect time to 2nd barrel if you'd raise pre flop after what happened in #16, which I think was ok but not that good to 2 barrel.
24, 28 - you have position + cards with potential and SB limped...I would raise either or both of those.
29 - imo this is a turn fold (lack of FE and implied odds, not to mention reverse implied odds), if not the river.
35 - leading the flop 1/2-3/4 pot and calling or maybe 3betting a raise is better imo
39 - I'd rather raise pf but whatever - you have such a shallow stack it prob doesnt matter. On the turn though I would lead 1/2 to 3/4 pot whatever seemed more of a bs bet he would want to min raise.
44 - I think call flop and try making a move on the turn, or raise the flop consistent to your other raises (much more then min).
those are my thoughts on the ones that stand out to me.
