I just saw his reasoning: There's no way either of these guys have anything, let me raise and take the pot. They'll see the raise and think oh he must have something even though it makes no sense. That's why i'd think he was bluffing sometimes.
then it s fine... nothing needs to be added, esp if you ve seen him do this before.
