I don't see how you can fold this turn after calling off almost half your stack. If he has a pocket pair below queens, the queen is essentially a blank for him, and an aggressive, somewhat donkish player might make this bet on the turn with tens or jacks. You might be worried about Q-Q, but I think the turn bet size effectively rules out this holding. You are still worried about only one hand, so I don't think you can fold this unless you know for a fact that the small blind is very conservative.

You did a good job disguising your hand preflop, now I would just raise the flop to $150 and call a push.
