Default If (or when) am I looking to get the money in?

    $25NL - 6 Max

I have been raising a lot (27/19). Have not had a double-up, but won 4 or 5 fair-sized pots by generally showing down some big hands, but have also been getting little resistance.

    SB ($24.40)
    Staresy ($53.25)
    UTG ($5.40)
    MP ($15.90)
    CO ($22.80)
    Button ($11.75)

Preflop: Staresy is BB with T, J.
3 folds, Button calls $0.25, SB completes, Staresy checks.

    Flop: ($0.75) 5, A, 8 (3 players)
SB bets $0.75, Staresy raises to $2, Button folds, SB calls $1.25.

    Turn: ($4.75) Q (2 players)
SB checks, Staresy bets $3, SB raises to $6, Staresy would really like a line here and an explanation as to why!

    I am torn between;
    calling and re-evaluating
    fearing a 25nl special of A Rag
wanting to raise, but not sure quite how much to entice the rest to go in
    thinking about pushing

if I'm beat here I'm paying it off, plus you have plenty of outs to the SF. If he has the Ad he's going to call any bet, probably will with set or two pair also, I shove too. Also, if he doesn't have a D another one will scare him away.

Can you explain a little further? I have only recently been playing 6-Max, so these are the hands I'm still picking at. I want to play them because I am equating a shorter-handed game with a SnG that has moved to the middle game. You want to put pressure on the blinds (because they come round quicker and grinding out some regular bb's that are there for the taking is adding maybe 1 ptbb/100 to my rate purely in itself), but I'm not sure if this is some sort of false logic.

Push. You're ahead here more often than not. Calling is bad as he could be behind with a dry Ad or Kd and you don't want to let him see the river for cheap. If the river is a 4th diamond you have to fold to any action, so push now and make Villain make the mistake.

    Uhhh.....

I'd say stealing blinds is the 3rd or 4rth most important why I'm raising pre-flop. I generally like getting called.

1st I would raise something here pre flop, you need to punish these people who try to limp from the button. As played I would push, you go broke here if he has a bigger flush. My guess is he has some type of two pair or the Ad and hes raising for info.
